My good friend has fulfilled her long time dream of opening her own restaurant!
Having been unable to attend the grand opening a couple months ago, I've made up for it by going nearly every weekend I was there this past month.
Shaan noodles. Not quite soup noodle, not quite jjang noodle. high slurpability, topped with crushed fried beans, peanuts, green onion, spicy paste. |

Between her full time day job, a full time super mom to the most adorable (read: smart and cunning) three year old, she's now also runs a food establishment!
